About Jessica Baker

Jessica's journey to Maui began long before she could read. As a child in Michigan, she found herself captivated by picture books showcasing tropical fish and marine life, often proclaiming her dream of swimming with dolphins in Hawaii.

In 2006, after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Michigan, Jessica took her first trip to Maui with her parents. Dining at the iconic Pioneer Inn in Lahaina, she felt an undeniable connection to the island. Just two months later, she returned as a resident, equipped with two suitcases and a bicycle.

Now, with over sixteen years of residency in Lahaina, Jessica's love for the ocean has only deepened. As a child, she spent countless hours in the chilly waters of Lake Superior and competed as a swimmer in high school. Surfing, snorkeling, and open water swimming became natural extensions of her aquatic passion, culminating in her participation in both the Maui Channel Swim and the Waikiki Roughwater Swim. When not in the water, Jessica enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, baking, reading, and spending time with her dog, Lucy.

Jessica began her professional career in Fine Art Sales before transitioning to real estate at the end of 2011. This shift aligned with her evolving interests and educational background. In her inaugural year, she was honored as the Prudential Iwado Realty Rookie of the Year, focusing primarily on commercial sales and leasing. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise to include residential properties, successfully selling homes and condos across the island, from Napili to Wailea, Wailuku to Kula, and even Hana.

Her mission is to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals, whether buying or selling, with a commitment to clear communication and long-term relationships. Jessica's diverse sales experience is underscored by her accolades, including being named the 2021 Maui Realtor of the Year by the Realtors Association of Maui and recognized as a Top Performer by Hawaii Business Magazine in both 2021 and 2022. In 2022, she was featured as one of Modern Luxury Hawaii's Dynamic Women.
