This role involved extensive travel across various locations and required her to ensure that company policies and training for sales representatives were effectively implemented, all aimed at delivering outstanding customer service.

After dedicating 15 years to her career, Jessica took a brief hiatus in 2015 to focus on her newborn daughter. During this time, she carefully considered her future career path and recognized her longstanding passion for real estate.
