Although she had kept abreast of local market conditions, the rise of foreclosures and bank-owned properties presented new challenges. During this phase, she gained essential insights into the regulations surrounding the sale of distressed properties, reinforcing her belief that every day in real estate is an opportunity for growth.

In 2015, she expanded her service area to include Charlotte and Sarasota Counties, which opened doors to new opportunities and allowed her to forge lasting relationships with clients who have become friends. This expansion deepened her understanding of the vibrant communities in both counties and enhanced her appreciation for urban living.
