About Jewel Pendergrass

LeMac Realty was established in the early 1970s by partners Ronald Lewis and Ray McDaniel, which inspired the company's name. In 1985, the firm transitioned to an affiliation with CENTURY 21, marking the beginning of its evolution.

Jewel joined the company as a secretary in 1989 and earned her real estate license the following year. By 1995, she had obtained her broker’s license and transitioned from her secretarial role to a full-time sales position, embarking on a successful career in real estate. In October 2001, an opportunity arose for Jewel and her husband, Mickey, to acquire the company, and they proudly took ownership of CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty.

Initially, the firm operated with three full-time sales associates, including Jewel, and three part-time agents. As the team expanded, the original office quickly became overcrowded. In response, a nearby lot became available, and construction on a new two-story building commenced. The team moved into the new space on Valentine’s Day 2005, allowing for continued growth. The following year, a branch office was opened adjacent to Wal-Mart, enhancing service and convenience for clients.

Today, Jewel and Mickey lead a thriving team of 40 agents and four support staff members. Under their stewardship, CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty has consistently ranked as the top real estate company in the Mountain Home/Twin Lakes Area for production.
