Jhoselyn Ramirez-Strait has been deeply engaged in the Imperial Valley community since her relocation in 2017, and she is eager to channel that commitment into her real estate career. With a strong background in military outreach and family programs, she has served as a knowledgeable resource for the military and veteran communities in Southern California since 2007. An entrepreneur for most of her life, Jhoselyn transitioned to full-time business ownership in 2017. She holds a degree in family and consumer sciences, with a focus on family and community services.

Jhoselyn's interest in real estate was sparked during her childhood in the Philippines, where she observed her parents managing a real estate development and construction firm. After immigrating to the United States as a teenager, she and her family pursued the American Dream, inspired by a lineage of entrepreneurs, architects, designers, engineers, and real estate professionals. It was only natural for Jhoselyn to follow in their footsteps and enter the real estate sector.
