With over 30 years of experience in IT, programming, and systems analysis, she has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and consulted for small businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Since relocating to Temecula Wine Country in 2001, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate landscape. She currently owns and manages two rental properties and has previously overseen a 21-acre avocado grove. Presently, she operates a small vineyard that produces private estate wine (Cabernet Franc).

Her real estate transactions span Riverside, San Diego, and Orange County, with active involvement in buying and selling properties since 2007.

From 2002 to 2005, she served as an instructor at the University of Phoenix, Southern California campus. Living on a small ranch with vineyards since acquiring the property in 2000, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the surrounding vineyard properties, homes, ranches, and lands. Her experience with avocado groves since 1999 further enhances her expertise in the De Luz area and its estate homes.
