Jill has been a resident of the Chico area since childhood, spending the majority of her life in the foothill community of Cohasset. In 2000, she obtained her license as a Real Estate Salesperson, initially managing her own property transactions. In 2018, Jill became a member of the Laffins Real Estate Team, where she leverages her extensive background in customer service to alleviate the stresses often associated with buying and selling real estate.

As a dedicated full-time Realtor, Jill prioritizes clear communication and accessibility, ensuring her clients feel supported throughout the entire process. Her commitment to the community is evident through her 19 years of service on the Board of Directors for the Cohasset Community Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Jill has developed expertise as an Area Specialist, gaining insight into the unique joys and challenges of homeownership in the foothills. Outside of real estate, she enjoys sharing videos from her trail cameras and has a strong passion for cooking, health, and nutrition. Additionally, she is a certified associate raw food chef and instructor.
