He received a baseball scholarship, beginning his collegiate journey at Redlands Community College in El Reno, Oklahoma, before transferring to the University of Central Oklahoma. There, he majored in Business and was first introduced to the real estate industry. Following his graduation, he joined a small brokerage in 2004, inspired by a respected professor.
