Jim Jacobs, a seasoned real estate professional, has deep roots in the Newport Beach Peninsula, having grown up in a family dedicated to the industry. His early exposure to real estate began in the late 1970s and early 1980s when he operated his own property maintenance company. During this time, he also assisted his father, John Jacobs, in the property management division of Jacobs Realty.

In 1984, Jim obtained his real estate license, followed by his broker's license in 1993. He took on the role of managing Associated Realty Service of Newport Beach Inc. in 2000, ultimately becoming the owner in 2004. His expertise primarily lies in the Newport and Balboa Peninsula markets, specializing in income properties, oceanfronts, bay fronts, and residences with water views.

Jim's passion for real estate is evident in his approach to client service, which has resulted in a nearly 100% client retention rate. In 2016, he sold his property management business to concentrate solely on sales, allowing him to focus on what he truly enjoys—helping clients navigate the real estate landscape.
