**Jim Mangassarian: Real Estate Professional**

Jim Mangassarian has been a dedicated real estate professional since May 1982. He began his career with Coldwell Banker in Newhall before moving to Merrill Lynch, which was later acquired by Prudential California Realty. Following the closure of 55 offices, including the Newhall location, Jim seized the opportunity to join Realty Executives in 1990, where he has remained ever since.

Throughout his career, Jim has consistently ranked among the top producers in the industry. He is one of the select few agents to have received the prestigious President’s Club award and the Leading Edge Society award in 1987. His professional qualifications include obtaining his Broker’s license in 1990, completing the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in 1991, and earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 1992. Currently, he is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification.

Jim possesses extensive experience across various real estate sectors, including residential (both new and resale), ranches, land, multi-residential properties (2-4 units and 5+ units), as well as commercial sales and leasing (retail, office, and industrial). He is well-equipped to assist clients with their real estate needs throughout Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Los Angeles, and the surrounding areas.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jim enjoys traveling, cruising, and camping trips. He values time spent with friends and family and has a passion for sports and hiking. An animal lover, he has a particular fondness for Arabian horses. Additionally, Jim is an avid collector, with interests ranging from stamps and coins to model trains, pinball machines, Disney Christmas ornaments, and Department 56 lighted houses and village accessories. His greatest passion, however, is playing Texas Hold'em poker.
