Jimmy Simien has been a resident of Clear Lake for over three decades, deeply rooted in the community. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and is a proud product of the Clear Creek Independent School District.

As a dedicated father, Jimmy has two daughters who also graduated from CCISD. His commitment to the real estate industry is evident in his extensive experience as a licensed realtor and broker, spanning more than ten years.
