About Jo Mazzeo

Jo Ann Mazzeo, a native of New York, relocated to New Jersey in 1986, where she embarked on both her family life and a career in real estate. In September 2005, she transitioned to Florida, assuming the role of District Sales Manager for the Keyes Company/Realtors at their Boynton Beach office. Currently, she serves as the District Sales Manager and Broker for both the Keyes Boynton Beach and The Fountains Country Club Lake Worth offices, overseeing a talented team of over 150 associates.

Jo Ann holds broker licenses in both Florida and New Jersey and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Her professional credentials include being a Certified International Property Specialist, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist. She is also a member of the Master Brokers Association. Her involvement with the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors (GFLR) is extensive; she has served on various boards and committees, including Leadership, Grievance, Realtor Relations, Professional Standards, Awards, and Finance. Notably, she was the Vice President of the South Regional Board and served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for RAPB and GFLR during the 2018-2019 term.

Jo Ann has also held a position on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors and continues to serve as a director for Florida Realtors, RAPB, and GFLR. In recognition of her contributions, she was honored as Broker of the Year by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches in 2012. Additionally, she served as Treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors of the Palm Beaches in 2019.

Before joining Keyes, Jo Ann was the Branch Executive for Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate’s Manalapan, NJ office. Throughout her career, she has focused on recruiting, coaching, training, and enhancing office performance. Her earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker and Weichert Realtors in Manalapan, NJ.
