About Joan Tranter

A native of Delray Beach, this real estate professional has deep roots in Florida, enriched by the presence of three older brothers and eight cherished nieces and nephews who all reside nearby.

From an early age, a passion for horses was instilled in her, influenced by her father, an insurance agent for thoroughbreds. Her childhood adventures included riding lead ponies at Hialeah Race Track, igniting a lifelong enthusiasm for equestrian pursuits.

In the late 1970s, she made the pivotal decision to forgo a college tennis scholarship in favor of traveling the Horse Show Circuit. After several years on the road, she settled in Wellington, where she served as assistant trainer and manager at the renowned Palm Beach Polo and Country Club Show Barn.

Witnessing the growth of Wellington and West Palm Beach inspired her to establish Equestrian Concierge, a property management company that later expanded to include a real estate division, which now serves as her primary focus.

Dedicated to her work, she emphasizes honesty and integrity, with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Her approachable demeanor and sense of humor make her a pleasure to work with.

Professionally, she is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), RPAC, MLS Luxury Division, and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.
