Having spent my childhood in New York City, the Hudson Valley became a cherished destination for family vacations. From Bear Mountain to the Catskills and even the Adirondacks, outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and camping were integral to our experiences in upstate New York.

In 1999, I had the privilege of relocating to Rhinebeck, immersing myself in the beauty of the Hudson Valley. The local shops, museums, farmers' markets, and schools have enriched our family life and created lasting memories. My passion for cooking has been complemented by the region's exceptional dining options, while the scenic trails and opportunities for outdoor adventures, including skiing in the Catskills, have further deepened my appreciation for this area.
