Established in 2001 by Joanne and Tom Curtin, The Curtin Team has emerged as a leading and award-winning real estate group based in Roswell, Georgia. ### Joanne Curtin

Joanne Curtin began her professional journey as an elementary school teacher. Early in her teaching career, she developed an interest in real estate investment and wealth-building strategies. Inspired by the "Rich Dad Poor Dad" series, she made the pivotal decision to transition from education to real estate. Shortly thereafter, she joined Keller Williams, aligning herself with ambitious agents focused on growth.

Joanne launched The Curtin Team in 2001, initially working in North Atlanta. Together with her husband, Tom Curtin, they expanded the operation into a successful team. To date, The Curtin Team has achieved over $620 million in sales volume and served approximately 1,850 clients. Their success led to the establishment of a brokerage office, and within just one year of joining Keller Williams, Joanne and Tom became co-owners of the Keller Williams Realty Consultants Roswell Market Center. This venture eventually evolved into a prominent agent team office located in the heart of their community.

In 2018, Joanne co-founded Curtin Team Cares, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the community during challenging times. Her commitment to local service reflects her passion for giving back and providing assistance when it is most needed.

Joanne holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Georgia and continues to share her knowledge within the real estate sector. Originally from Dalton, Georgia, she now resides in Milton, Georgia, with Tom, their two children, and their dogs, Fluff and Charlie.
