My name is Joaquin Camarasa I am originally from Spain I left Spain in 2012 due to the lack of opportunities during the financial crisis in 08 The need to look for a better future pushed me to get out of my comfort zone I lived in 5 different countries and managed to learn a total of 6 languages I currently speak Spanish French Italian Portuguese Catalan and English fluently

I bought my first property in 2017 shortly after in 2020 and 2021 I bought two more in Springfield Virginia I have experience in renovations as I renovated two of them The renovation process allowed me to learn renovation prices in our area and also to manage contractors

I specialize in first time home buyers My background as an elementary school teacher allows me to build on the knowledge you already have and make sure you feel fully confident in the home buying process

I was named top producer by the NORTHERN VIRGINIA REALTORS ASSOCIATION on 2021 and 2022 I have been helping buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia Washington DC and Maryland since 2019 I have handled a total of 38 transaction to this day
