I am originally from South Dakota and moved to Gold Canyon Arizona in 1997 to fulfill my dream of building a Super 8 Motel My dream materialized after researching available real estate in Arizona and located a large parcel to build the motel on After leading a real estate investing group to this area the deal was finalized and the Super 8 motel was built I was a partner and Director of Operations for the Super 8 Motel in Apache Junction
I completed Real Estate classes at the University of South Dakota in 1992 I was involved in commercial and residential real estate development in South Dakota
In 2003 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona After joining Keller Williams I quickly became recognized as a leading expert in the Gold Canyon Apache Junction Superstition Mountain Mesa Queen Creek Queen Valley and Phoenix Metropolitan real estate markets
In 2011 I opened Just Selling Arizona We have full time agents that live and work in the area which allows us to provide expert advice to our clients This has helped our real estate company move quickly to the top of sales
