Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Social Science, with a focus on Executive Management, from Florida State University. His professional background includes a three-year tenure on the Walton County Contractors Competency Board and two years as Chairperson of the Walton County Community Development Corporation. Additionally, he was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to serve on the Northwest Florida Regional Housing Authority.
