About Joe Bryson

Joe Bryson relocated to Austin in the summer of 1966 to pursue his education at the University of Texas. Before completing his business degree, he launched his first venture, Inner Sanctum Records, which quickly became a central hub for the vibrant Austin music scene during the 1970s and 1980s. After selling the record shop in 1983, Joe transitioned into independent television production, founding Innertainment Productions.

In 1985, while serving as the Radio Broadcaster for the Texas Senate, Joe began preparing for his Texas real estate license. Despite entering the real estate market during the challenging recession of the late 1980s, he persevered and established himself in the industry. Throughout the early 1990s, Joe became actively involved with the Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR), serving on over 30 committees and boards, including a dual role as a Director for both the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) Board of Directors. His contributions were recognized in 1994 when he received TAR's inaugural "Future Leader of the Year" award.

In 1995, Joe founded Real Estate Alliance, marking the beginning of his brokerage career. A pioneer in the field, he launched one of the first real estate websites to feature property listings. His commitment to the industry continued as he returned to the MLS in 2009 and served as Chair of ACTRIS in 2011. Joe also led the "Green Fields" Task Force, advocating for energy efficiency and sustainability within the MLS.

Joe has earned several prestigious designations, including GRI in 1991, CRS in 1997, and CRB in 2004, along with ABR, ABRM, GMS, and SRS. A dedicated member of TREPAC’s Lone Star Statesman Club since 1996, he has represented ABoR and ACTRIS at numerous national conferences, engaging in discussions on data protection, new technologies, and collaboration with elected officials in Washington.

In recognition of his extensive contributions to the real estate profession, Joe was awarded ABoR's highest honor, "REALTOR of the Year," in 2011. His unwavering dedication to the industry and commitment to fostering a proud and professional community of REALTORS continues to set him apart.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Austin metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and recruiters all buy Travis County real estate agent email list data to connect directly with licensed professionals who are actively closing deals. These are not passive leads — they are credentialed agents verified through the Texas Real Estate Commission, and they are the exact decision-makers your offer needs to reach.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents in Travis County carrying verified email addresses, and {{CELL_COUNT}} of those records also including cell phone numbers, this list gives your outreach campaign the density it needs to produce real results. Whether you are launching a drip campaign through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) or building a targeted call list, the data is ready to deploy without hours of cleaning or guesswork on your end.

Why Buy a Travis County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this database is sourced directly from state licensing board filings, which means you are not buying scraped web data or recycled junk from a data broker who last touched their files two years ago. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed from the ground up every six months. That process is what backs our 96% deliverability guarantee — a number most cheap alternatives cannot come close to matching because they have no systematic cleaning process at all.

Dr Bill has been in this business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients across mortgage, insurance, title, tech, and professional services. That track record matters when you are making a purchasing decision. Fly-by-night data sellers will not still be answering your calls next month. We will, and we stand behind every list we deliver.

How to Use This Travis County Agent List

The most immediate use is email outreach through a cold-email platform — Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) is purpose-built for this kind of B2B prospecting and integrates cleanly with this data format. Beyond email, the same records support direct mail campaigns, phone outreach using the included cell numbers, and LinkedIn audience matching to layer on paid social reach. Each channel compounds the others when you run them in sequence.

You can also segment the list by broker versus individual sales agent to tailor your message appropriately. A pitch aimed at a broker principal lands very differently than one directed at a newly licensed solo agent, and this data supports that distinction cleanly.

Why Travis County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Travis County covers Austin, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Manor, Lago Vista, and surrounding communities — one of the most active real estate markets in the entire state. Targeting agents here with a statewide Texas blast means your message is diluted across markets you may not serve. County-level precision means every contact in this file is actually relevant to your geographic footprint.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents available at the county level, and data further segmentable by city and zip code — a capability no other vendor currently offers at the zip code level within Travis County — you have the flexibility to focus your budget exactly where your pipeline needs it most.
