With 29 years of experience in the Ventura County real estate market, Joe has continually enhanced his expertise since obtaining his real estate license in 1986 and his broker's license in 1990. He holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is recognized as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE).

The inspiration to pursue a career in real estate sparked for Joe at the age of 15, while observing the Realtor who assisted his parents in selling their home and upgrading to a larger one. This professional's patient guidance through the complexities of the process left a lasting impression on Joe. He admired the Realtor's ability to balance persistence with professionalism, qualities he now strives to embody in his own practice.

Joe is dedicated to contributing to the real estate community and has served as a director for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, including a term as President in 2007, as well as being involved with the California Association of Realtors.

In addition to his real estate acumen, Joe is an accomplished photographer. He leverages his skills to help clients' homes stand out in a competitive market, while also capturing the unique beauty and quality of life in Ventura County. His work has been featured in various publications, including National Geographic Adventure Magazine, and is utilized by local cities and organizations to promote the region.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe enjoys exploring Ventura County's scenic trails, running along the beach path, and participating in local races.
