About Joel Feldman

I was born and raised in the Baltimore area where I lived until 2003 when I made my dreams come true by moving to Ocean City MD At the time I was a firefighter in Baltimore so I commuted back and forth I got my real estate license in 2006 because I was buying and selling investment properties What I soon learned was that I wanted to be a full time Realtor! In 2014 I hung up my firefighting boots and became a full time agent and I haven't looked back In October of 2015 I made the move to KW with my partner Andrea Thomas and we have started a new team The Horizon Group Our team operates out of the brand new Ocean City office as well as the Annapolis Bel Air and Rehoboth offices We are excited to be with the best company in the country and we look forward to taking the real estate market in our area to the next level

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my son and coaching his football and basketball teams I am thankful to be able to raise him at the beach!
