Johanna, a native of New York City, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University. After relocating to South Florida, she developed a deep appreciation for the region's stunning beaches and pleasant climate. Her dual passion for assisting others and the real estate sector led her to obtain her Real Estate License in 2000. Initially, she joined one of the nation's largest home builders, where she gained comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, including customer service and negotiation techniques.

In 2003, after meeting her husband, who also works in real estate, they moved to Flagler Beach. There, Johanna continued her career in new home sales until the arrival of their son prompted her to take a break to focus on family. During this time, she pursued a degree in Occupational Therapy, which allowed her to help patients regain independence in their daily lives. However, her passion for real estate proved too compelling to resist, leading her to a position in new home sales at a prominent golf and country club, where she thrived.

Johanna's journey eventually brought her to First Coast Sotheby’s International Realty, where her expertise and dedication have flourished. With Colombian heritage, she is fluent in Spanish and actively engages with her community as a member of The Hammock Beach Resort. Her love for the Hammock area inspired her and her husband to purchase a homesite in Ocean Hammock for their future residence.

Outside of her professional life, Johanna enjoys spending quality time with her family and their Yorkie, Gabi. She practices yoga and delights in reading and cooking for friends and loved ones. Having successfully guided hundreds of clients through the home-buying process, Johanna is dedicated to helping both first-time buyers and seasoned luxury clients achieve their real estate goals. Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year and multiple multi-million dollar producer awards.
