About John See

John, a native of Brooklyn, New York, spent his formative years in New Jersey and Florida. He graduated from Seminole High School in 1969 and pursued further education at St. Petersburg College. His real estate career commenced in 1978 as a salesperson, and by 1986, he had earned his broker's license. In 1991, John acquired Results Real Estate, stepping into the role of broker/owner following his mentor's retirement.

In 2008 and 2009, John's remarkable performance led to over $85 million in sales across 590 transactions, facilitating the opening of a second office in Fort Myers. He is recognized for his prompt, knowledgeable service, specializing in REO, retail, and commercial real estate sales. John has cultivated a team of skilled agents and support staff, adept in all facets of the listing and selling process, and providing brokerage services for a diverse clientele, including prestigious banks and property owners.

His negotiation skills have been instrumental in closing numerous REO retail and commercial transactions, encompassing office buildings, strip centers, and single-parcel commercial properties. In 2015 alone, John successfully managed over 450 REO deals, achieving sales exceeding $54 million.

With offices in Seminole and Fort Myers, John's company serves a broad geographic area, including Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Hillsborough, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties. He prioritizes ensuring that clients fully understand their property's value while aligning with their goals and expectations.

John has established a robust business founded on a reputation for fairness, honesty, and enduring relationships with clients, employees, and sales agents, many of whom he has worked with for 20 to 30 years.

Outside of his professional commitments, John enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren, watching baseball games, and playing golf.
