John, a native of New Mexico, completed his education at Manzano High School and the University of New Mexico. Following a successful 14-year career in information technology at Intel, he transitioned to real estate in 2014, pursuing investment courses and opportunities. In 2015, he obtained his Associate Broker license and has since dedicated himself to the real estate profession, closing over 200 transactions since becoming a full-time REALTOR® in October of that year.

As the leader of the PHOCUS Real Estate team, established in February 2018, John collaborates with four skilled brokers to provide exceptional service.
