John K. He embarked on his real estate journey in 2003 at Fred Sands Realty in Rancho Mirage, California. Shortly thereafter, Fred Sands was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where John quickly distinguished himself.

In his inaugural year with Coldwell Banker, he earned a place in the International Diamond Society, a testament to his early success. By 2006, John and his expanding team transitioned to La Quinta, California, where they continued to garner prestigious accolades. His honors include membership in the International President's Elite from 2004 to 2011 and the Society of Excellence, Coldwell Banker's highest recognition, in 2012 and 2013. During this period, he ranked in the top 3% of the company internationally from 2003 to 2011 and achieved a position in the top 1% in 2012 and 2013.

John is dedicated to serving a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and growing families to empty-nesters and those in search of unique custom homes. He welcomes inquiries from buyers and sellers interested in single-family homes, attached properties, or estate residences across all price points. His extensive knowledge of the Coachella Valley and its diverse communities enables him to facilitate home purchases throughout the region, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Indian Wells.
