About John Kohlhepp

Originally relocating to Columbus to serve as a youth pastor at Life Vineyard Church, he found great fulfillment in supporting students and their families through various life experiences. However, he soon recognized that this path was not his true calling. Transitioning to a role with a bicycle company, he traveled nationwide, promoting and distributing bikes crafted in Columbus to top retailers across the country. This experience was both enjoyable and enriching.

His journey took a significant turn when he met his now-wife, Claire. Seeking a position that would allow him to spend more time in Columbus, he joined North High Brewing Company as their sales representative for the area. During this time, he purchased his first home in the vibrant neighborhood of Hungarian Village, which ignited his passion for real estate. He obtained his real estate license and began assisting friends in their home-buying journeys while continuing his work in sales.

As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded in March 2020, he faced job loss like many others.
