John Lindstrand is a distinguished veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served from 1986 to 1991, including participation in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Following his military service, he earned certification as a Deep-Sea Commercial Diver and spent three years working internationally in the diving sector. From 1993 to 2005, John held senior analyst positions at three prominent Fortune 500 companies in New York City.

In 2005, John relocated to Myrtle Beach to establish his own real estate investment firm, where he has been actively engaged in buying, selling, and wholesaling investment properties ever since.
