With over two decades of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial real estate, John M. Simpson provides a comprehensive array of services. His expertise encompasses buyer and seller representation, property valuation, consulting, feasibility analysis, and market research.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and has previously worked with prominent firms such as CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, and First Interstate Bank. He is an associate member of both the California Association of Realtors and The Appraisal Institute. Additionally, John is a licensed real estate agent and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Deeply engaged in his community, John has served as the past President of the Joshua Tree Chamber of Commerce and is a founding board member of the Mojave Desert Land Trust. He is dedicated to land conservation and advocates for environmentally sustainable building practices. Currently, he is developing an eco-friendly campground and spa, which will feature a 301-acre tortoise and wildlife sanctuary. John is also a member of the Land Trust Alliance.
