John Hickey, a lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County, has deep roots in the vibrant communities of Corralitos and La Selva Beach. After completing his education at Aptos High School, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a focus on Marketing at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Following his undergraduate studies, John transitioned to the financial sector in San Francisco, where he gained valuable experience at Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds and Charles Schwab & Co.
