From a young age, John was captivated by architecture, often using building blocks and Lego sets to create elaborate homes for family and friends. While his peers collected baseball cards, he amassed house plans. After graduating from the University of Nevada with a degree in Accounting and Finance, he moved to the Bay Area. His pursuit of an MBA at UC Berkeley included every real estate course available, covering finance, marketing, and design/development. A pivotal moment in his career was the transformation of a "haunted" house in Pacific Heights into a stunning Victorian, which marked his transition from CPA to residential real estate.
