From 1990 to 2001, John successfully operated two businesses, Autoglass Work and Steering Column Specialists, serving clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His entrepreneurial journey included managing a shop on Redbird Lane in Duncanville, where he honed his skills in customer service and business management before transitioning to a year of formal education.

Following this, he joined a major corporation, where he advanced from entry-level IT support to an IT Business Support Analyst, overseeing multiple locations from 2003 to 2010. The birth of his daughter, Lyla, inspired him to seek a career that allowed for more family time, leading him to acquire a Mr. Jim's Pizza franchise. From 2010 to 2016, he transformed the Forney, TX location into one of the top-performing stores nationwide, demonstrating his ability to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.

In 2016, after selling the franchise, John transitioned into real estate, where he quickly achieved his first closing within 60 days.
