He graduated from North Greenville University, where he excelled as a collegiate baseball player, earning the title of 2011 College Player of the Year and serving as President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. Following his graduation, Adam married Kimberly while pursuing his MBA, balancing family life with his professional aspirations.

After completing his studies, Adam initially sought a career in professional baseball, all the while working at TD Bank to provide for his family. In 2017, inspired by his successful grandfather, he transitioned into real estate, driven by a dual passion for the industry and a desire to serve his country.
