Jollete's journey in sales began early, working weekends in her mother's jewelry store, where she honed her skills. She later transitioned to wholesale sales during her college years and, at just 21, founded her own retail business, which continues to thrive today.

In 2004, Jollete shifted her focus to residential real estate, a move that felt natural given her extensive personal experience in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
