In 1992 I became a licensed real estate agent For the next 19 years I was with the same real estate company In July 2011 I joined Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW Elk River Market Center Shorty after that an office was opened in Buffalo Along with today's real estate technology and office locations this gives me a lot of flexibility with my business I have extensive knowledge of the Wright County area along with Western Hennepin Carver McLeod Meeker Scott Sherburne and Stearnes Counties Before being a licensed REALTOR I worked for a company that manufactured roof and floor trusses I started working in the shop building trusses I then attended St Cloud Area Technical College for Architectural Design and Drafting There I received a lot of knowledge of new construction I went back to the same company and worked on city desk and designing roof and floor trusses I also worked with my brother on Lake Minnetonka with a dredging business in the late 1980's - the drought years My job was to meet with customer's that wanted their lakeshore dredged or lakeshore renovation My responsiblities included getting the proper permits secured working with the Minnehaha Watershed District the DNR City Municipalities and property owners With this kind of a background I had a lot of experience with lakeshore and working local governing authorites Believe me this has been very beneficial with my real estate business!
