About Jon Decurtins

Jon serves as the Lead Agent for The DeCurtins Team, one of the premier real estate teams in Cincinnati. The team is composed of dedicated professionals, including Annemarie DeCurtins as the Exclusive Buyers Agent, Chris Sandker as a Listing Specialist and Buyers Agent, and Beth Elekes as the Transaction Coordinator and Exclusive Buyers Agent. This collaborative approach enables each member to focus on their specific area of expertise, ultimately enhancing the service provided to clients.

A native of Lima, Ohio, Jon pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati on a tennis scholarship, earning a degree in Finance and Treasury Management. Following his graduation, he transitioned into a career as a Professional Tennis Instructor at several local clubs, including Beechmont Racquet Club, Turpin Hills Swim & Tennis Club, and Anderson High School. In 2005, Jon and his brother Brett ventured into real estate investment, and by 2007, he had shifted his focus entirely to the real estate sector, obtaining his license from Hondros College.

In 2009, Jon founded DeCurtins Realty LLC, which achieved remarkable success with 238 transactions totaling nearly $50 million in sales. In July 2014, DeCurtins Realty LLC merged with ERA Real Solutions Realty LLC, a franchise that boasts 31,000 agents across 23 countries and is part of Realogy (NYSE: RLGY), the parent company of Cartus Corporation. ERA Real Solutions Realty is recognized for its leadership in corporate relocation services within Cincinnati, working with major companies such as Procter & Gamble, General Electric, and Johnson & Johnson.

Currently, Jon resides in Union/Anderson Township with his wife and two sons. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis, golfing, and training for triathlons.
