About Jonathan Standring

Jon Standring serves as the president of Beachside Partners, where he specializes in the acquisition, development, and disposition of both commercial and residential real estate across the South Coast. Since entering the real estate market in 2008, he has successfully negotiated and finalized hundreds of transactions, amassing over $300 million in sales throughout California in the past decade.

Jon began his career in commercial real estate shortly after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). His initial experience was with Fidelity National Financial (FNF), a Fortune 500 company, where he represented commercial leasing needs across various states, including Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. In 2011, he transitioned to Radius Group Commercial Real Estate, concentrating on the sale of multi-family properties in the South Coast region.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jon is deeply committed to the Santa Barbara community. He currently holds the position of President for both the Santa Barbara Young Professionals Club Foundation and the Coastal Housing Coalition. Outside of work, he enjoys the Santa Barbara lifestyle with his wife, Lisa, and their two sons, James and Jacob.
