He was instrumental in launching FortuneBuilders across the United States and into Canada, earning recognition as one of the “Most Influential” figures within the organization.

As a national speaker, Jonathan has trained over 100,000 realtors and investors. However, he takes the greatest pride in the heartfelt letters he has received from a few hundred individuals whose lives were transformed by his seminars.

After years of extensive travel across North America, Jonathan decided to focus on his own entrepreneurial pursuits. He is a serial entrepreneur in the truest sense, not merely a trend-driven title.

Currently, Jonathan’s primary focus is on Signature Realty, a company he co-founded in 2016 with his wife, Michelle Pais, a respected power broker. Under their leadership, Signature Realty has experienced substantial growth, expanding by several hundred percent.
