Jon's connection to real estate is deeply rooted in his family heritage, with his father boasting over 37 years of experience in the industry. Although Jon initially explored a career in sales and marketing during his college years, he soon recognized his true passion lay in real estate, where he could assist clients in navigating the buying and selling process. Fortuitously, he found an invaluable mentor in his father.

Primarily serving the North County area of San Diego, Jon possesses a broad understanding of the entire San Diego County market. He is dedicated to engaging with his community, spending approximately two hours each day door-knocking. While this approach may be considered traditional, Jon finds great satisfaction in personally connecting with residents and addressing their real estate needs.

Maintaining relationships with past clients is a priority for Jon. He regularly reaches out through phone calls, distributes an informative monthly newsletter, and hosts an annual client appreciation event. Jon believes that preparing a home for the market is crucial, ensuring it presents exceptionally well. To promote new listings, he actively canvasses the neighborhood, distributing flyers and conversing with neighbors, followed by hosting large open houses and making phone calls to generate interest.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jon is committed to giving back to his community. He is an active member of the Rancho Bernardo Rotary Group, serving on boards that focus on youth services, including the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and initiatives promoting "Service Above Self" in local elementary schools. He is also involved with the Rancho Bernardo Business Association and the Chamber of Commerce. As a childhood leukemia survivor, Jon volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, further demonstrating his dedication to community service.
