Josef Barmoha is a retired Sergeant First Class of the United States Army, originally hailing from Miami, Florida. He enlisted in April 2001 and dedicated 18 years of service to his country, during which he gained invaluable experiences and insights from diverse communities around the globe, including a deployment in Iraq. His military journey allowed him to ascend through the ranks while fostering a deep appreciation for community development and societal progress.

In 2007, Josef transitioned to a role as a United States Army Recruiter Counselor, stationed at the Miami Recruiting Battalion.
