About Joseph Heffner

Jody, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is the youngest of eight siblings. In 1972, his family relocated to Colorado, where his parents established a dental practice. Growing up in a musically inclined household, Jody and his siblings moved to Los Angeles from 1978 to 1992 to pursue careers in the music and entertainment industries. It was in Los Angeles that Jody met his future wife, Danielle. Together, they are proud parents of three children and grandparents to five grandchildren. Since 1996, Jody and Danielle have made their home in Peyton, Colorado, where they share their lives with several rescue animals and enjoy frequent visits from family.

While living in Southern Colorado and maintaining connections with family and friends, Jody developed a keen interest in the real estate market. He closely monitored market trends in both Los Angeles and Colorado Springs, recognizing the potential for growth in the Colorado Springs area. This insight led him to make personal investments between 1992 and 1994, culminating in his licensure as a Real Estate Broker in 1994. Since 2005, Jody has been a Broker Associate with The Platinum Group Realtors, operating from their Falcon/Peyton office while also serving clients from the main office in Northern Colorado Springs. His reach extends across a 50-mile radius, including El Paso, Elbert, Douglas, and Teller Counties.
