Joe Fustolo serves as the Owner, Broker, and Founding Partner of Soldera Properties, a firm established on March 17, 2008. A lifelong resident of Oregon, Joe has been actively engaged in the Portland Metro real estate market since obtaining his license in 1991. Over the past three decades, he has navigated various roles, including seller, buyer, and investor in rental properties, as well as managing numerous rehabilitation projects, land acquisitions, and vacation properties.
