About Joseph Braman

As both an entrepreneur and accomplished real estate agent, Joe's journey began at the age of 22 with Coldwell Banker in Sarasota, Florida. Before stepping into the role of Branch Manager in Stillwater, he gained invaluable experience in small business management by becoming a franchisee of ACFN, North America's sole ATM franchise, in Portland, Oregon. Over two years, he expanded his network from one to twelve ATMs before selling the business to return to Minnesota and pursue an MBA at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

While at Carlson, Joe developed the business plan for Braman Brothers Real Estate LLP, which quickly became one of the fastest-growing sales teams within Coldwell Banker Realty in the Twin Cities. Together with his brother, Charlie Braman, he established a company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while enhancing access to safe, affordable, and ethically managed housing. Within five years, they achieved over $1.5 million in revenue, selling more than 220 homes and surpassing $70 million in sales volume. Their efforts earned them a place in Coldwell Banker Realty's prestigious President's Club, alongside an impressive annualized return on investment exceeding 60%.

Now, Joe leverages his extensive experience as an agent and business owner to support the agents in the Stillwater office, helping them build their own successful careers and achieve their personal aspirations.

Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College (2009) and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management (2016). He resides in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, with his husband and their Doberman. In his leisure time, Joe enjoys boating and fishing on White Bear Lake, embarking on outdoor adventures in Northern Minnesota, and traveling.
