Originally from Central Pennsylvania, Joe and his family first established a second home in Long Neck, Delaware, where they operated a successful internet marketing business. After selling the company in 2013, Joe and his partner, David, made the permanent move to Rehoboth Beach, acquiring The Homestead Bed and Breakfast.
