Joe transitioned to a career in real estate in 2003 after spending 22 years in sales and sales management with a Fortune 500 company. Initially serving clients in the Baltimore/Washington area, he relocated to Tampa, Florida, in 2007, where he has continued to assist both active and retired service members with their relocation needs.

Throughout his career, Joe has successfully sold over 500 homes and has consistently been recognized as a multi-million-dollar producer since 2004. He joined Century 21 Beggins in March 2016, quickly advancing to the position of Sales Manager for the South Tampa office by October of the same year. His achievements at Century 21 include earning prestigious accolades such as Master Ruby, Master Emerald, Master Diamond, and being a two-time Centurion. Currently, he ranks 87th among agents in the Mid Central Florida region.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Education from Mount Saint Mary's University and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College. He resides in Tampa with his husband, William. They have two children: a son and his wife, who live in Maryland and work as a software engineer, and a daughter and her husband, who are based in Florida, where she pursues a career as an environmentalist.
