**Josh Rubin**
A native of Portola Valley, Josh Rubin has deep ties to the Bay Area. He pursued his education at UC Santa Cruz, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science while competing on the NCAA Water Polo and Swimming teams. After graduation, he returned to the peninsula to teach middle and high school math and computer science, alongside volunteering for the National Energy Education Development Project.

Despite a busy teaching career, Josh has always harbored a passion for real estate. His interest was sparked during college when he purchased a home to share with roommates, discovering the advantages of property ownership as a valuable investment. He frequently attended open houses throughout the Bay Area and most recently purchased a home in Linfield Oaks, Menlo Park, where he currently resides with his wife.

Recognizing his desire to share his real estate enthusiasm and local expertise, Josh completed his real estate education while continuing to teach, passing the licensing exam on his first attempt. Since obtaining his license, he has successfully assisted families in finding their homes and has built a network of trusted realtors for client referrals.

**Lauren Rubin**
Originally from Southern California, Lauren Rubin was inspired to move to the Bay Area after her sister relocated there. She attended UC Davis, where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Spanish while competing as a Long Jumper and Triple Jumper on the NCAA Track & Field team and being an active member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.

Lauren’s career began in corporate retail before transitioning into the technology sector. She has volunteered with various organizations, including the National Charity League, and has recently served as a mentor at a local high school in Menlo Park. Inspired by her husband’s pursuit of a real estate license, she decided to follow suit shortly thereafter.

Together, Josh and Lauren form a strong team, uniquely positioned to empathize with clients navigating the homebuying process, having experienced it themselves prior to becoming licensed agents. They are grateful for the opportunity to connect with clients and look forward to partnering with them on this important milestone of homeownership.
