He earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, followed by a Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. Further enhancing his qualifications, he obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from Chapman University and an MBA from the Argyros School of Business and Economics.
