Joshua Spiegel is a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in Malibu, where he is a third-generation investor and resident. His father, Paul Spiegel, distinguished himself as a leading broker in Malibu for over two decades and served as President of the Malibu Association of Realtors. His mother, Gail Copley, has also excelled in the industry for more than 25 years, further enriching Joshua's upbringing in a household steeped in real estate expertise.

After graduating from Malibu High School, Joshua served in the Marine Corps, which instilled in him a strong sense of discipline. He later attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning degrees in Economics and Finance. Shortly after completing his studies, Joshua joined Douglas Emmett, where he managed over a million square feet of office space in Brentwood. This led him to spend six months in Central America, exploring potential sites for an eco-resort.

When the residential housing market collapsed in late 2007, Joshua recognized a unique opportunity in commercial real estate. He dedicated himself to the field, making 300 cold calls each week and achieving significant success in brokering NNN building sales and leases. During this challenging period, Malibu's median home values plummeted by 40%, and the number of licensed realtors halved. Seizing this moment, Joshua returned to Malibu to pursue his passion for residential real estate.

Now partnered with his mother, Gail Copley, Joshua has established himself as one of Malibu's leading agents. His extensive market knowledge, honed through years of experience and mentorship, makes him a sought-after market analyst and contract negotiator.
