Growing up as the son of a contractor, Josh has been immersed in the construction industry since childhood. Josh graduated from the Wakulla County School System in 2000 and earned a degree in English and Creative Writing from Florida State University in 2004. During his first spring break in college, he obtained his real estate license and began his career as an active agent while still pursuing his studies. This early start coincided with one of the most dynamic periods in real estate, from 2000 to 2005, followed by the challenges of the market downturn from 2008 to 2012. Having navigated both the highs and lows of the industry, Josh possesses a comprehensive understanding of the real estate cycle, enabling him to adeptly guide clients through any market conditions.
With over 13 years as a multimillion-dollar producer, Josh has achieved more than $65 million in sales and completed over 500 transactions.
