Josh cut his real estate teeth while working in Boston Proper one of the most demanding seller's markets in the country as Buyer Specialist and Listing Coordinator for a Top 20 real estate team in Massachusetts at Charlesgate Realty Group While there he produced over 19 Million in sales in just over two years and managed 58 listing transactions from contract to close

In 2013 Josh served on the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Government Affairs Committee and in 2015 the Mayor of Boston appointed him to the City's five-member Zoning Board of Appeals prior to his moving back home to Ohio

Josh achieved the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABRĀ®) designation - the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation and the only buyer designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors He also earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation - the premier credential in seller representation awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria He is passionate about getting deals done for his clients that reflect the best price terms and conditions for their situation and lifestyle regardless of the market conditions

Prior to real estate Josh worked in Boston politics as a budget director in the state senate then as executive director for a former state treasurer and former Democratic National Committee Chairman He even ran in a special state representative election in downtown Boston and was endorsed by the Boston Globe
