During his military tenure, Joshua held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager with the distinguished 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, as well as with the Virginia National Guard Human Resources Command. With nearly 15 years in real estate, Joshua possesses a comprehensive understanding of the market. His background includes lending experience with CitiFinancial, where he specialized in mortgages and personal loans, as well as an extensive career in real estate appraisal, having completed over 1,000 valuations across Long Island, the five boroughs, and Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties. He also served as Operations Manager at a privately-owned real estate sales and development firm on Long Island’s North Fork, where he managed a significant portfolio of distressed assets and oversaw traditional sales, contracting, and development projects.
